Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with the product, we accept returns and exchanges. In that case, please let us know the specifics of your dissatisfaction for quality improvement.
Our return policy period is 30 days after shipment. If 30 days have passed since shipment, we cannot accept exchanges. As a return condition, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. Please be sure to use the packaging materials that were used at the time of receipt for the return.
To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Gift
For items marked as gifts at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the customer, we will send the customer a product of the same type as the returned item.
Returns from the gift giver will be accepted if the product is not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver has received the product themselves before giving it to the customer.
The shipping cost for returning a product due to customer circumstances will be borne by the customer. Please note that shipping costs are not included in the refund amount if a refund is requested. If you wish to receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please be aware that depending on your place of residence, it may take time for the replacement product to be delivered.
