About Shipping:
If the delivery is within Japan,Shipping costs and related fees will be borne by the customer.
If the delivery is to an overseas location, the shipping costs and related fees will be the customer's responsibility.
If the item is a rental product, all shipping fees and costs related to delivery will be the customer's responsibility.
About Shipping Methods:
The shipping method will be as specified by us, and in principle, customers cannot choose their own.
We generally do not accept requests for specific dates or time slots.
Delivery times within Japan:
To ensure that your order is delivered to you reliably, we use a shipping method with a tracking number.
For domestic shipping within Japan, it generally takes 2 to 3 days to arrive after the delivery is completed. In the case of remote islands, it may take more than 4 days.This does not apply to areas affected by natural disasters or large-scale events. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
Regarding Delivery Times for Overseas Shipping
To ensure that your order is delivered to you reliably, we use a shipping method with a tracking number.
If the delivery is to an overseas location, it may take longer depending on the country. If you would like to know the delivery information, please check with the shipping company responsible for your delivery.
Regarding damage during delivery:
We take great care to ensure that the outer box is not scratched or dented during packaging and preparation for shipment. However, after handing over to the delivery service, there is a possibility of damage occurring during transport due to unforeseen issues or the responsibility of the delivery service.
Please excuse any scratches or dents on the outer box that do not affect the use of the main unit.
About Packaging Materials:
We will ship your order packaged in a special outer box and cushioning material. If you need to return the item, please pack it in the special outer box and cushioning material before sending it back.
If the dedicated outer box and cushioning material are lost or damaged upon return, we will ship a paid dedicated outer box and cushioning material at the customer's expense.
